1. Today is Thanksgiving 11/28/2019 and the ceiling above my cooker started leaking(amber colored H20 most likely from the bathroom/toilet in the apt above me) and currently has a bucket to collect the water. I am completely helpless as I am unable to reach maintenance because the main lines DOES NOT give me the option to reroute to a 24 HOUR EMERGENCY maintenance access. 2. I also have two maintenance requests pending for almost two weeks now. It's gone longer than that in the past. 3. 1 out of 10 times you call the leasing office the phone is answered. I WILL REPEAT. 1 OUT OF 10 TIMES I CALL THE LEASING OFFICE, SOMEONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. This is my experience over the past two years. 4. Recently I received a notice from the office about new parking garage 'options' both typed (left at my door) and in email form. Also included in this notice was that the gate is now fully functional( which is a bold lie the gate is still not functional) I asked my neighbors if they got the same notice and they did not. This made me feel targeted. (There's a back story to this). And to some extent. Unsafe. 5. The staff at the leasing office has a nonchalant attitude towards work. Joao Wong (new manager) seems very personable and only solves your problem if you can reach him. Which is rare. Everyone else either seems overwhelmed or could care less. The faces change over the years but the attitude towards work remains the same. 6. I only continue to live here because of convenience and close proximity to my jobs, family plus I have an agenda. I Otherwise DONNOT recommend Concord Park to anyone !

    We appreciate your sharing your concerns with us. We're sorry you had recent maintenance issues and weren't able to obtain emergency maintenance assistance on Thanksgiving day. As well, we apologize that you've been disappointed in your interactions with some of our team members, as we strive for prompt, courteous and professional communication with our residents. In speaking with our Community Director, we understand the phone lines went out that weekend, and that is why we unfortunately missed you. We understand that all of your service requests have been addressed, and we are so sorry for any delays that were caused due to the holiday and the phone lines.
