Emerson at Cherry Lane, has potential to be a great property; but due to current tenants and a terrible property management company, the property sucks and is far from luxury. Instead of writing a long paragraph, I'll post a list of issues: .Trash, food, urine, and dog poop in the hallway .The first floor near the rental office stinks; the stained carpet needs to be steamed cleaned .multiple side doors around the property are damaged / locks need to be repaired etc. .trashroom is always overflowing with junk .there are several pieces of fitness equipment that needs to be replaced (damaged / not working) .the maitenence staff is useless and incompetent .trying to pick-up a package from the rental office, is like waiting for a Black Friday sale to start (a mess and the wait is too long) .the property needs cosmetic work (paint, new cleaning staff, and unit upgrades) .the lack of professionalism is present at this community
