The type of treatment I experienced this past few weeks was deplorable. When you first enter, no one greets you. And you left to stand their awkwardly until someone acknowledges your presence. I am new to the area and wanted to check out some two bedroom apartments. I read some of the reviews online, but decided to give it a chance because of the beautiful design. In any event, I decided to go through the application process with them. I contacted them they were unresponsive. I wanted to check on the status of my application they did not return my calls, so I withdrew my application. I would highly recommend hiring new employees. They are completely unprofessional. They also have very poor work ethic and customer service from how they speak down to their chosen attire. I was made to feel that I am doing them a favor by renting from them. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone.
