Sadly, I have to agree with a lot of the previous reviews. This is a great property in a wonderful location but it has not been kept up. The units are a good size, there aren't lot of fees and my rent has only gone up slightly on the two leases I have signed. With that said, I have decided to leave when my lease is up this year. I suspect the issues, are in part, due to the high turn over the of resident manager. There have been a least 3/4 in the 2 1/2 years I have been there. The reason why you don't see them is because they are always in flux. I have dealt with several of the leasing consultants and they have all been pleasant and friendly. My issues are with security, the gates are always broken - as soon as they get fixed witch could take from a week to 3 months they are broken again. This allows strange people into the building and there has been some vandalism. There have been instances where kids sat in stairwells or on parking roof to smoke pot and drink. Recently, I have seen a security guard in the garage, I don't think it is that much of a determent since the doors are left open by residents on a regular basis as well. Trash is a huge issues, the trash rooms are always nasty, residents throw trash everywhere and even though there is a bulk trash area don't be surprised to find piles of trash like mattresses, old furniture and boxes in the garage - piled in corners. People actually throw trash out of their car onto the floor. It is such an eye sore when driving in or when you have company People allowing their pets to use the hallways and stairwell as the outdoors. I have had several instances to put in tickets for the maintenance team and those have all worked out well, issues were fixed timely and correctly. I haven't had an issues with bugs in my unit but with the trash issue I can see why other people have.
