Absolutely ridiculous! I advise anyone considering moving here not to!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Everything was a mess from my having to hound the leasing office for my initial move in, to receiving noise complaints where it was stated I was having a dance party in the middle of the night (in which my entire household is asleep by 8:30pm) to giving me an apartment on the 4th floor when I asked if the first floor would be more appropriate. I've seen rats in the garage, the leasing staff leaves there and I'm the one that had to point out the debris in the courtyard. The trash door was broken the entire 6 months I lived there! My very first week there they was a mouse running around on the 1st floor. I received the apartment with a broken toilet seat, broken blinds, scratches in the floor and stains in the apartment and they have the nerve to charge me and not refund my security deposit. I personally cleaned the apartment much better than I received it. The only reason why I moved here was to transition in between the sale of my home and they offered a reduced lease option. Totally regret the move and advise anyone in the future to consider another apartment community.

We're sorry to hear your experience at our community was less than enjoyable. It's our goal to provide good customer service and make sure all of our residents are happy in their homes, but it sounds like we fell short here.
