SatisFacts, a sister company to ApartmentRatings, offers surveys that measure renters satisfaction at key points throughout the renter lifecycle: Touring, Move-In, Maintenance, and Lease Renewal. The questions from each survey type that are based on a 1-5 point scale are then added into the calculation of the community's epIQ Grade.
Not all communities use surveys and therefore may not have any survey information on their report card. These communities will show an "N/A" for their survey sections.

What you've described are unusual scenarios at our community as we take pride in making sure our residents are comfortable. It is wonderful to hear that you have had such a great experience living at Laurel Park. The team does work very hard to provide a comfortable community that is also well maintained. You know, we (Southern Management) have over 70 communities there are tons of apartment and townhome sizes available, including three bedrooms. Reviews like yours are exactly what we are looking for; fair and balanced perspectives are so valued. You are right Laurel park is a great deal for a clean and convenient location. Parking is indeed limited, and because of that our priority it to ensure that as many spaces are available for our residents as possible. If we miss any trash or areas that need to be cleaned up please always let us know so we can address it. It may sound cheesy but I always say we may be the eyes and ears but our residents are the heart and soul of the community. Thank you again for the review, it truly is appreciated. I am glad to hear that your overall experience at Laurel Park has been a good one; especially that our Service Team is on point. Our residents' parking needs are priority, and because parking is limited we do everything we can to ensure that as many spaces as possible are available to our residents. We do have accommodations available for rental cars, should you end up with your normal vehicle in the shop. Be sure to contact the community if that does happen - but hopefully you won't have to.
