Our amazing maintenance team goes through the grounds each morning as we take the appearance of our community very seriously. You'll be happy to hear that soon we will be getting an Amazon Hub within the community for packages!

The amenity fee is a one time currently which is for all the amenities within the community including playgrounds, bark parks, pool and everything the Social Lounge offers. We do give one visitor pass for the pool season, but additional passes can always be purchased. Thank you for being a part of our community.

Retrievers are such great pets! Pit Bulls are not allowed in the community and management is addressing those that we are aware of. The delivery for appliances is definitely not as fast as Amazon Prime, but hopefully you didn't have to wait a full 5-7 days. Thank you for being our neighbor and we hope you are enjoying the place you call home!

We do offer classic and renovated homes within the community. The renovated homes offer updated cabinets, granite counters, stainless steel appliances and much more so we hope before you leave us you will consider one of those. We did replace the chiller for the ac system this summer which will alleviate those concerns. We'd love for you to stay in our community!

Thank you for your review. We did have a temporary chiller by the office however the new chiller has been recently installed. Hopefully you can notice a difference in the outside sounds. We appreciate your comments and appreciate you calling us home!

We're sorry to hear you missed the notifications we sent with the changes to the entries and parking. The Pango system is pretty sophisticated and no one should be towed if they are paying. If you ever have that issue again, please bring it forward to the office as well as the tow company. Thank you.

We decided to partner with Pango after careful consideration and based on resident feedback regarding our limited parking. We're sorry to hear you're not happy with the parking situation however we made this decision for the convenience of all our residents.
