the first few months I had my door kicked in by kids in the neighborhood. I reached out to the leasing office and she mad it seem like it was my job to find out who the kids are. It took several month for my door to be fixed so that means me and my kids were in a home with a door that was not secured. The first day in my home I needed maintenance done for the pipes in the bathroom. There was damages in my apartment already. Maintenance has been called to fix the same problems more than once. I've had neighbors hat sell drugs and "the customer" would be told to go around back and wouldn't be able to find the right door and entered peoples units. I've had neighbors who have had their houses raided by the police, and people arguing and fighting outside. The water bill is something that is not explained to people when they move in and you are charged ridiculous prices. No one has answers for you. Not from leasing office or Corporate.
