I love this community. It was a fast move in process and I was excited for me and my fianc? since this is our first house. I was thrilled to show her the new place and the staff have been extremely kind.

I was a welcomed by the staff as soon as I went into the rental office and as shown the most sincere hospitality. A partiuclar staff member, Christin Sewell offered my fiance and I a special welcome and went the extra mile to make sure all of our needs were taken care of and questions answered. I was shocked by how fast maintenance came to fix any issue, especially if Christina was told beforehand. I love how quiet and peaceful my new home is. It is especially important since this is the first home after my 2020 college graduation. Being that this is a year of new beginings, the first house that I moved into would be very important to me and my fiance since I really wanted something nice for her. She loves that house and I am eternally grateful for everything riversgate offered us!
