Roaches, mice, mold, and "new" appliances already broken when I moved in, and a nice filthy "new" carpet. I've waited a year to see if they'll do anything but paint over the mold, but I think we all know the answer with that. Now there's people lurking around the building, staring into my windows when I'm not home. The police say they won't do anything and the lovely folks at Fountain Club apartments can't even give me a call back, much less pick up the phone when I call them. If you are in need of a bandaid, the maintenance people will be right over. If you're worried you're gonna get mugged walking through the sketchy parking lot, no one will miss you when you're gone. They never have a problem notifying you that your rent is going up, though, and definitely no problem throwing your possessions out if you break the sacred laws. "F U, pay me - sincerely, Southern Management". I can't wait to read the condescending non-response to this review "ohh we're so sorry we haven't lived up to your expectations =[ =[. We really live to support our tenants, promise!"
