not worth the money!
Pricey place, you pay for convenience. My experiences say it's not worth it!

Biggest complaint - this place is not secure, don;t let the locked gate (which it is usually broken or open anyway) fool you. I had items stolen from in front of my apt door, my car was vandalized inside the parking garage, the tow truck towed a friend's car to Gaithersburg and damaged the car in transit, and I was assaulted in front of my building, in broad daylight, on the sidewalk, and NO ONE BOTHERED TO HELP ME, even though it happened in between the two main buildings. Management does not seem to care about these issues, they just talk but do nothing. There are better places that are cheaper, and the security is better and REAL elsewhere.

Ah - the NOISE!!!!! Dogs bark constantly, all night, and there is no way to complain or get them to stop. Dog owners are oblivious to the noise, let them run in the courtyards without a leash, don't clean up after them, and let them lunge at you when you get in/out of the elevators!!!! Kids in the courtyard really enjoy SCREAMING, and there are no parents around to control them.

I had a nice growth of mold from a leaky ceiling when I moved in, which lingered the rest of the year, even though management just painted over the crack.

And!!! Beware the lease arrangements!!! It will cost you a large fortune to terminate the lease early!!!! Be sure to read all the fine print, and negotiate, negotiate, negotiate like crazy for rent reductions!!!! Better yet, go elsewhere.Share This Review
