I am so exasperated with this freakin apartment/townhouse "complex", I put in quotation marks bcs honestly it should be changed to "the Blvd @ white springs apt/twnhse that may be pretty on the outside however you can't differentiate between a state funded property or even THE PROJECTS or even a place accepting section 8 crap and all the stereotypical negativity that comes along w that kinda complex.."
I've lived here now for going on 4 years, I moved from the apartment buildings over to the townhouses, hoping- praying they would be a step above the place I was at prior. . HAH! I almost wish to be back where I was originally bcs when ever I had a maintenance 'emergency', due to the fact I had neighbors above and below me, I think they felt required to at least look like they attempted to respond to my call .. It is 89 degrees outside even being after 1:30 in the morning, and inside my townhouse, where not only myself but my 10 month old baby live, it is 87 freakin degrees .. EIGHTY-SEVEN!!!!!!! I have called the office now, no exaggeration 7 times, TONIGHT only! My air conditioner seemed to have stopped working sometime mid afternoon YESTERDAY. I had to have someone come pick up my child so she didn't have a freakin HEATSTROKE in the middle of the night while she was sleeping. I don't see how this is legal or how they think this is absolutely acceptable. . I can't even wait until tmrw, Monday morning, when the manager's gonna contact me w some sorry excuse as to why the pitiful and pathetic 'maintenance' men couldn't even have the courtesy to CALL me, let alone to do their job and come see what the problem is. I didn't want to pursue with any legal action, (which isn't difficult considering I currently work at a law office) but this is now just INEXCUSABLE. I could maybe have more patience of a baby wasn't in the mix here but seeing how they're even aware I have my child in this home is just disgusting.
I haven't even touched on the subject of the bugs and creatures that continuously attempt to move in and live in my home as well, but I'm pretty sure my point has been made. Regardless of the fact how 'pretty' or 'visually appealing' this property may look from the outside, and even doing a quick walk through, you aren't even made aware, I have got to say this property management has a FANTASTIC Multi-million dollar thievery scheme going on here. I can't believe or imagine how this location passes any of Maryland's safety or health codes or inspections.
I'll be waiting (impatiently) for my response from the office.
Thanks for reading, & I truly truly hope I've made at least ONE person who was considering moving here to honestly rethink their choice for the next year of their life.
