I have been here for 13 years and quite frankly there haven't been many improvements in my apartment or the community as a whole. The office staff is always changing. There are no benefits at all. In fact they even started charging for water during the pandemic which is another bill to pay.

Nice community at decent value. The exterior is always well taken care of. Maintenance takes time but is usually done right the first time. Staff usually gets back quickly on all inquiries and are always polite.
