Do not move here. I have never been met with such an unprofessional staff. My water has been turned off for repairs for a HUD inspection for 10 HOURS! No notice was given whatsoever. When I asked the apartment manager why No one could notify me beforehand she said it was an emergency fix which is a LIE. They knew about what they needed to do to get their section 8 money before the water was even cut off. They can send out memos about everything else but can't let you know when your water would be cut off? Don't even waste your time or your money coming here. You will be in for disappointment after disappointment.
