office staff is extremely responsive, professional and polite. The curb appeal is definitely there e and the grounds are beautiful (Just don't go inside and see the appliances from 1993). Pool is well maintened and virtually empty. Gate is usually broken. Neighbors are nice. Feels like a very safe and family friendly community.
As others have mentioned, the snow and ice removal is extremely poor. Residents were out shoveling the common areas and empty parking spots, after days went by and maintenance never addressed it (despite work orders and they were riding around in golf carts...) The parking lot was a sheet of ice for well over a week. The insulation and drafty Windows are a problem and I have also had a problem with ants in the spring.
