And the list goes on ....
1. Broken water heaters flooding apartments<br>2. Mold behind washers and dryers<br>3. Saturated carpets not replaced<br>4. Leaking water fawcets<br>5. Leaking toilets<br>6. Screen doors that won't stay on and sliding doors that won't open / close<br>7. Over charging for utilities and taking their good old time (months!) to credit the $ back when confronted<br>8. Leasing an apartment and finding you've been switched to another model without even telling you<br>9. Giving you two days to move to the correct model after you've complained - where do you find movers in 2 days????<br>10. Toilets that won't stop running so you finally turn the valve off and on cause they've tried several times to fix it and it's like the energizer bunny, it just keeps on running!<br>11. Asking what the "incident" was two days after a double murder and being told "we don't know anything"<br>12. Having to call corporate every time you want something fixed because the office manager "doesn't have time" for you<br>13. Paving the whole lot at one time and leaving NO PLACE TO PARK, EVEN FOR HANDICAPPED RESIDENTS IN WHEELCHAIRS, but the office staff has a parking space<br>14. The maintenance men and Tonya (asst. manager?) are awesome, Nikki the property manager needs a course in customer service big time!<br>15. Finding a snake in front of your door and being told they are "all around here"<br>16. Hearing a mouse chewing in the wall and not bothering to call anyone cause you know it's pointless<br>17. Finding a roach in your bathroom and not calling anyone cause you know it's pointless<br>18. etc., etc., etc.Share This Review
