Management and staff operate with little to No integrity. Employees have stolen and paper work and resident files have been tampered with . book keeping is an issue and renovations were sloppy when completed 2015. internal operations need to be investigated into thoroughly .

I LOVE TIMBERCROFT TOWNHOMES, GREAT COMMUNITY, NICE NEIGHBORS, NOT TOO NOISEY AND MY SON HAVE ALOT OF FUN WITH ALL THE KIDS.

I love my neighborhood. There are great schools, low crime, and a great mixture of different nationalities all living together. The rental office staff is always friendly. The maintenance request are mostly handled in a timely fashion. The property is always clean. See More

I was a resident from 2010 thru 2014. The units are poorly kept. The onsite laundry is not properly maintained, causing people to loose money. That money isn't refunded right away because it's on a keycard. Management does not stand behind their word unless it benefits… See More
