I had a very unique situation, so before moving in, I asked Watermill's management for a few special request, which I was granted. From the very first visit to Watermill, to my move-in date, it was a very smooth and sophisticated transition. For one, I have never been required to attend an orientation for any apartment complex. However, it was idea because you learned up front everything you possibly needed to know about your apartment, the grounds, and etc., before and after moving in. Carlita was outstanding and very knowledgeable about Watermill. I enjoyed talking to her because she really seem to care about her job. Her mannerism was very professional each time I visited with her. The day after I moved in, I ran into some noise issues with another tenant. The issue went on for weeks, so I decided to finally take my complaints to management. With that said, I could see that they took their tenant's complaints very serious. They have taken every measure possible to solve the issue, and that is the reason I am still living at Watermill. Management is determined to keep all of their tenants happy and problem free! Other than that, I have no other complaints about Watermill. The staff has been very welcoming and always willing to help. So for the moment, I am very satisfied with my stay at Watermill!
