Forest Hills Apartments

I recently moved in January 2007. The move in transition wasn't bad. I got approved in 2 days, (but I had to call back to check on the status of everything). I originally started working with a nice young lady by the name of Keona. She was classy and really made me want to move to Forest Hills. She kept me up to speed when I wanted to move in 2006. I put things off because of my "then" pending lease. When I returned in 07, there was a new young lady Sia.. She was a bit ------, and you can tell she didn't really pay attention to what I was asking. She once again showed me an apartment, pretty much told me what Keona told me, but just in a more ------ fashion.

I got a 2 with a den. VERY NICE. I love the layout. Very spacious, and I even found that I need to buy more furniture just to fill in some spots. The rooms are huge, along with the closets. The kitchen, what can I say. I love to cook, so that was a dream come true. I have a bar table, along with a bakers rack, a stand for the TV and microwave, and still have space to move around. I only wish they had dishwashers.

Unlike the others, I haven't experienced any mice. I'm on the 1st floor of my building. When I moved in I put down roach motels, just simply because, I'm sure there are critters somewhere. But my thought is... COME ON, you're living with about 10 other familys in one building.. Of course you're going to see something every now and again. The trick to not seeing them is keep your place clean. Rodents hate clean places.

The only complaint that I would have is the old shell of a building behind my building. I think it used to be an office building or maybe apartments. Eitherway, I hope they do away with that soon.

Feel free to e-mail me if any questions.
