This apartment complex is filthy and infested with every type of bug you can think of: cockroaches, silverfish, spiders, crickets, fleas, etc. When I first moved in with a cockroach infestation they told me to just wait a week for their on call exterminator that has to come weekly. To maintain a cockroach free apartment you have to let the exterminator come and spray chemicals all over the place once a week, vacuum every week without fail, and never ever leave dirty dishes in the dishwasher. If you fail to vacuum only one week, they absolutely will show back up. It is not worth it to me to have to continue to purchase bug traps, raid spray, etc etc when I am only renting the apartment. I didn't realize that a rented apartment could be a money pit and yet here this one is. My cat now also has fleas that she got from this apartment which, unbeknownst to me, traveled with us to our next apartment and now I have to pay for her medical expenses to clear her of her infestation and my new apartment. The staff is extremely unhelpful and will tell you they will call you back about whatever issue you called them for and then never do. When you eventually call them back they seem to act like they have never heard of whatever issue you had. The walls and floors are the thinnest of any apartment I have ever lived in. If your neighbor is having a conversation at a normal speaking level, you will hear them. If the people above you move at all, you will hear every footstep with a loud creak in the floorboards. Also I never had mice as I have a cat, but all the people around me did and the maintenance man who seems to be the only person on staff who knows what they're doing, seems to be always going to and from people's apartments to keep closing up holes the mice can get through. All and all if you have any other option, you should absolutely chose whatever it is over this apartment.
