- Since last year, I started seeing newly neighbors who are very loud in the night and smoking marijuana very often. They are very disrespectful to other neighbors. I talked to management to resolve the issues but they did not do much to change the situation. i would not recommend you if you want to have your own quiet space. - Maintenance is generally good if you request working on something. They usually quickly act on it. - Gym is decent. They have good variety of equipment but I wish they had more. They only have one yoga mat. Some people steal dumbbells so some weights are missing. - The building is not new so i think it has problem with plumbing issues often. It gets clogged often and water does not flush very well sometimes. - Appliances are very old and they never upgrades but they increase the rent every year by $100 or so.

I like this apartment so far. Staffs in office are nice and friendly. The apartment is old but everything works well. The best part of this community is convenient location and responsiveness of the maintenance. It is located at a very convenient place and I can get on the highway easily and have access to the shopping area quickly. Whenever I have a problem with the apartment and call them or submit a ticket, they will fix it on the same day or next day if a necessary part is not available. Maintenance people fix it very quickly in an efficient way. Now bad part of this community: There are way too many dog owners do not pick up their dog's dropping. I really cannot stand it. I wish the apartment monitors them with video cameras or something and penalize them if they catch them. Also, the gym has not been available for a few weeks due to the broken pad key. I want them to fix it ASAP. but overall, I am satisfied with this apartment and I don't have any major issues with it.
