When i first visit the apartment i was happy that first month rent was free and only 200 security deposit....i live in 2 bedroom duplex...the duplex is very big the master bedroom. have two closets and has alot of space.... the kitchen is out dated and also the bathroom...i like the brick wall in the dining room and living room....the balcony is the biggest i ever seen....but after a while its not to good to live all the way in the back where duplex located ...the walk to bus stop is terrible...i can't get dish network or direct tv because of my building location...so i had no cable and i didn't want comcast.... My daughter does wake up with bite marks not sure if its bed bugs but its something....overtime i call the maintenance they always come within hours sometimes minutes...the rental office Pete are very nice and welcoming ....the reason why im breaking my lease is because the long walk to bus stop and limited cable service...the kids takes over they run around like they own the place and sometimes be out as early as 7am playing and making alt of noise on the weekends!!! over all i give it a 5 because it can be a little more updated...the place im moving updated all black kitchen, renovated and 100.00 cheaper than preview....so long preview!!
