Hi there, I used to live here since I arrived to The States (IRC Agency guys receive $200 for each person they bring here), it's a good deal, it look like they selling you very cheap (with my respect to Refugees & Immigrants)... The worst community ever seen, it look like you live in a Paid Temporary Refugee Camp(NOT FREE)... I don't how to describe this Camp!!! MICE, BUGS, ROACHES, STRANGE PESTS, MOLDS, NOISE, DRUGS, HUGE DOGS, NO NEED CREDIT OR CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK, POLICE APEAR AT LEAST 10 TIMES A DAY, PARKING, THE MAIN GATE, UNSECURE, KIDNAPPING, CRIMES (YOU CAN CHECK WITH POLICE DEPT.), BAD ODOR DUE TO OLD BUILDINGS (SINCE WORLD WAR I), NO WALKING AT THE WHOLE AVE, ILLIGAL SPANISH PEOPLE, UP TO 12 PERSONS IN 2 BR APT AND UP TO 7 PERSONS IN 1 BR APT, IT LOOK LIKE YOU'RE NOT IN MARYLAND OR IN THE STATES AT ALL... I try to find something positive but there's none, the only thing is good close to 295 Wash/Balt Parkway... Living in Parkview Gardens makes you escape from Maryland & DC Area forever... Thanks...
