You can find insects everywhere. We asked office to spray the house, they will used the cheapest materials that has no effect. There are residents who go 30mph on the road when it's very unsafe because it's a residential area. The office don't do anything about it. We filed a complaint about a loud neighbor that always plays loud music and run at night that we can't sleep. A month passed and we still hear loud music and running noises in 1:00 am. We can see the office didn't do anything about it. Our light bulb had a problem, the guy came and check it. He came and go for like 3 times. Finally he came and said "I don't have this type of light bulbs. Ask the office to buy it for you". Well that guy was send by office, how he is going to tell me to ask office so they can "buy" the light bulbs for me. They finally fixed it after we spoke with the office again. They have poor management and some of the staff are rude. Would not recommend this complex.
