Some positive aspects are accessible to metro station and overall community maintenance otherwise individual units are noisy (faucet sound),no proper insulation between units,complex lease terms,over pricey,smaller floor area compared to near communities.Not a worth for the money you spend for the rent and other charges.

Great quality for the price, quiet neighborhood but still in the heart of Rockville, beautiful/large balconies, access to a community center with pool and workout facility. I would (and have) recommend this to a friend.

quite and friendly neighborhood. it is very convenient for public traffic and shopping. only 8 minutes walk to the metro and near the safeway and Trader Joe's. plus there is a bed bath and beyond, buybuy baby in the nearby.

Rollins park apartment is safe to live for long term. The staff in the management office are very friendly and approachable. The rental is also reasonably price at the prime area that is walkable distance to public transport and stores.

Good community and very safe but totally disappointing maintenance service. Maintenance and leasing office staff need to be more professional and prompt in dealing with maintenance services. Please make sure that maintenance staff is well equipped to handle the emergencies.
