It seems as if there is only one maintenance person for the entire complex and my initial repair list is still unaddressed after six months. I was seriously concerned that they had groups working on the roof and vents literally everyday; until I figured out those were squirrels who seem to populate the structure more than tenants. Those critters are worse than mice and this company is willing to hire contractors to replace the wood that these critters dig through to gain access to the buildings without ensuring that they first evict them from the building. Now they (squirrels) just work harder re-establishing new entraces and exist while true tenants are trying to rest. If I knew this place had a history under a different name, I would have made a wiser decision. But, as always, the model lured me and a great lesson was learned.
