disappointing service. Management does the bare minimum and does not hold appropriate people responsible for trashing apartments. They do not ensure incoming residents a properly cleaned apartment if previous residents leave behind a dump.

I would highly recommend UO to anyone who plans on getting an apartment to go to University Orchard. The apartments are very well put together. Having a dryer and washer is very convenient. Also, the pool and 24-hour gym is a super plus! Love UO!
