I have lived here for almost two years. I had a great experience my first year and renewed my lease, but am now regretting it. Since they have undergone new ownership I have had nothing but difficulties. They took away our private shuttle to buy a TV for the pool area that is never used. Don't try to pay your rent through the online portal because it is almost a guarantee that you will run into 'technical' problems. If you ever have questions always ask the kind and helpful student workers in the clubhouse. If you try to talk to any other workers of the ownership company you won't get anywhere, they are very rude and unhelpful. Don't try to email anyone, you will get a response a week later after your question is no longer important. I also had cleaning supplies taken from my apartment by the third party painters that were hired. Will not be renewing my lease.
