Unfortunately, I have to say that things are really changing here at Glen Willow. You have to make two or more calls to get maintenance to do the work. The laundry room always have water on the floor. It smells wet and musty. There is an influx of new tenants who are not considerate of others. I have seen people move out every month, and move in and out at all times of the night. The stability among the tenants is frightening. Management may want to consider that it is more cost efficient to retain long-term tenants than the cost of maintaining apartment turnovers. Before you consider moving in, do your homework: speak to some of the tenants in the building you are moving in: drive in the area at night to see what activity is like and read all of the reviews. Everyone is not going to tell the same story and that story is think twice before moving here. The ratings are continuously going down here at Glen Willow and there is a reason why. Glen Willow would be a great place to live if Management would understand the necessity to retaining its good tenants by any means necessary. Management increases the rent every year and attributes it to high maintenance cost; yet we are not seeing better services. This is a good place to start, but not a place to settle. You make the decision.
