I do not recommend living here - especially if you are military. I've had issues with mold, water damage/ceiling leaks, and carbon monoxide levels. Their maintenance team puts bandaids on issues, only creating temporary fixes (I.e, painting over water damage in the ceiling and not fixing the leak, wiping down the vents with household cleaner and assuming the mold miraculously vanishes- I am extremely allergic to mold, and having the fire dept come because the carbon monoxide levels in the home were 200x the lethal level). The living conditions here are not safe. The leasing office and maintenance team do not care. I've tried to contact them twice as far as terminating my lease goes (no response) and have reported them to the Better Business Bureau. Do NOT let them take your money and treat you the same. When I first got here they fooled me into thinking I was going to live at one unit, and put me in another. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but this has gone on for too long. I even reached out to my neighbors to see if they were having the same issues and low and behold they are. Hope to have these issues rectified and that no one else has to experience what I have gone through.
