In the past 3 years, I have not felt a sense of community. We have not gotten out counter tops and cabinets which was promised to us upon signing our lease in 2010. The plumbing sucks, the ac/ heat units are loud . The grounds are horrible looking now that dogs are allowed, cigarette butter everywhere.
