I moved in a month ago and to be honest, I was hesitant after reading some of the earlier reviews. It seems that the earlier reviews are a thing of the past because I haven't had any issues living here. Actually, I love it! My apartment is right besie the train tracks but the insulation is so good, that I really don't hear any noise. I lived at the Bennington for 5 years prior to this move and I wish that I had made the move much sooner.
