My Wife and I wanted an apartment near DC. Quick access to the Metro.We have enjoyed our stay at Alexander House. The management and all staff are friendly and prompt when necessary maintenance is required. The garden courtyard with Grill BBQ area is a wonderful feature especially the swimming pool in the area adjacent area . Excellent fitness room. Sound proofing is very good! Great indoor parking. The business center is a great for small business use. We signed the lease for another year as the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suits our needs. Very comfortable and well designed. Very good security. The staff are constantly cleaning general areas and hygiene is to a very high standard. Encourage recycling. Very much recommend Alexander House. The new Management are very good.
