Pros: Good square footage, newer renovations, Nice staff Cons: Building is actually owned by Housing Opportunities Commission AKA Montgomery County , not a private company. In such the building is part senior center and apartment building. There will also be folks who will treat common areas as their home. Costly apartment with no where near the amenities of other buildings in the area.
