Definitely Not Luxury
The apartment complex features buildings and grounds with very good architectural aesthetics. The grounds have two ponds which ducks frequent in the warm months. There are open grassy common areas. There are overflow parking areas which don't require a long walk to get to. The lighting at night is average to moderate. The apartments are close to convenient shopping and other commodities. Noise is an issue in the apartments but not a problem outdoors. I can hear my neighbors talking and even walking at times even though they are below me. You definitely hear their intimate moments. It is very easy to hear someones surround sound system. Since pets are allowed, it is on the pet owners to pick-up after their pets. However, many people do not do this and no one is policing them so there is poop everywhere. You definetly cannot sit in the grass and I would recommend that children play in these areas (although many people do but to me that is nasty). Fixtures are ok. Counters are susceptible to water damage based on the cheap materials used. The dishwasher is horrible. The maintenance workers spoke to me like I did not have any sense with how to pack a dishwasher. No matter how few dishes where in the dishwasher there was still grit and food on things. Complex was not willing to resolve.Share This Review
