This has been my worst apartment experience. I have lived here for 6 months and its been nothing but hell. My move in was terrible. On my first day, there was a terrible smell from the vent. I emailed the office to let them know. It took 3 days to attend to my request. I was told that the terrible smell that gave me a headache and thus me having to sleep in a hotel for 2 nights, was not an emergency. After all I pay for rent. Next my car was towed at the parking garage which I pay for monthly. I was late to work and also had to pay to retrieve my car. I tried talking to the property manager and did not get a response. They did not care. After all they get their rent and their paychecks right? Why hold they care about a resident. Then a parcel I received was vandalized and I lost some items. Now the smell from the vent is back again. I just can't seem to get break. I cannot wait until my lease over so I can move out of this hell hole. There is a high turnover. Residents are not happy. Management sucks. The only good thing is that the front desk staff are nice. Do not punish yourself by living here.
