Thank you for sharing your experience and sentiments. Hampshire West Apartment Homes offers the convenience of all utilities included for our residents. With that, the AC/Heat is regulated seasonally for the community as a whole. As you know, the weather will at times play tricks on us by going from hot to cold within a day or two. Unfortunately, we can not switch our system on a daily basis. As it relates to parking policy, our priority is to ensure as much parking as physically possible is available for our residents.
