Management is very poor. The former manager, Anna was very cold and unwilling to help with with a rental payment dispute that was not my fault. I also pirchased a new vehicle and tried to get a parking pass that very day, but because management took their time getting back to me I was unable to get a pass that day. The next day my vehicle was towed. When I called management to rectify the problem, she told me the tow was my responsibility and they were open the whole day, despite the fact that didn't get back to me for over an hour.
