Overall, our experience has been good. We did have an issue with our neighbor but we are happy with how Maureen Walker and Stefanie Cottman handled the situation. Prior to COVID-19, I liked that Solaire hosted so many events for the residents.

This community is a true home residence! Aesthetically it is beautiful with well appointed apartment homes and common areas. And the staff is amazing! I've toured several buildings iand nothing compares...it's a real vibe and definitely the SOUL of Downtown Silver Spring, MD!
