The apartments were the largest around for the money (studio size). The neighborhood wasn´t the safest, but wasn´t terrible and is right near the Metro. There was a noise problem with dogs barking (allowed in building). If you live on the first floor, expect a lot of dogs going past your door at all hours, because management required pet owners to enter/leave for dog walking through the first level side doors instead of the front door on the main level. Maintenance was very responsive to repair problems, but common areas such as the stairways and laundry room were not kept very clean. In general, management was friendly and professional. Outside parking isn´t very secure, but there are a number of garage spots available if you are willing to pay (was an extra $50/month).
