I had to laugh when I was reading all these reviews....because everything in this is 100% true. And to think that for the last year, I've thought that these issues were unique to me! 1. Parking is terrible. I have personally been towed twice myself. And if you want to have overnight visitors on a Friday/Saturday you need to make sure they come early if they're parking in a visitors spot. 2. The walls/ceilings echo everything. I used to tell my friends that I felt like there were elephants break-dancing in the apartment above me. When I say that I can hear EVERY footstep the people above me make, I mean EVERY footstep. I am awakened every morning, not by my alarm clock, but by the steps (stomps) of the people above me. And it does not sound like pitter-patter. You wouldn't beleive how loud it is if I describe it. 3. Management does have an attitude...all the time. 4. Maintainence comes in for "repairs" that you didn't even request and gives no notice. And when they do give notice for things like painting they come through at 8a on the dot(a very inconvenient time if you're finishing up your morning routine on your way to work)and bang like the S.W.O.T. team on yours and all your neighbors doors until everyone has vacated. 5. You have to hang a certain lenghth and color of curtains off your balcony...and guess where the only place is that you can buy those curtains? At the rental office, for $80! You would think that if those are the only curtains allowed and you can only buy them there that they would just leave them up from renter to renter...but no! They just want your money. 6. If you're new to the area, don't move here thinking it's close to the city. Although miles-wise it is, it takes FOREVER w/ all the traffic on GA ave. 7. It is not cheap...and to have to deal w/ the parking and paper thin ceilings, I don't think it's worth the price.
