I have lived in apartment communities across the country and this by far has been my worst experience. I am apprehensive to have company at my home due to the pest control and odor issue within the building. I am not notified about when packages arrive to my apartment. I had an issue even before I moved across the country here due to the management "accidentally" renting my already leased unit to someone else. This community needs a serious overhaul inside and out. I will not renew my lease here due to the health concerns in this building.

    I am sorry that we have fallen short on providing excellent customer service. We have weekly pest control for the whole property. We can add you to that list. Just email us @ Thewarwick@bainbridgere.com or give us a call @ 301-649-4435. I would like that you also contact us to describe the smell you are experiencing and where your are experiencing. I understand how that would be inconvenient and I would like to get the addressed as quickly as possible for you. To receive package notifications you need to setup your account with the concierge. I am sorry that we missed this step when we moved you into the property. As for accidently renting your apartment, I would love the opportunity to gather more details on what happened and see how we can ensure that it doesn't again moving forward. Please let us know if there is anything else we can assist with.
