I´m certain that when living in a metropolitan area one can expect to see a blighted area occassionally, However Country club Apts has out done themselves as far as being urban decay. The sad part is they give false impressions by their website and visitation to the leasing center.I became a victim of this mirage and i´m doing my best to exit. I encourage any one who have any dignity and values to check the whole picture out before signing on the dotted line as a resident here. If you succumb to the false image that is projected when problems arise you may find you have little recourse outside of the court room. The resident manager, her sister , boyfriend and whoever else she hand picks after she dismiss former employees to make room for her family are not concerned with providing services that are to be expected by paying tenants. In the professional world, (which some of us unfortunate residents are)that is known to be nepotism. But what does that matter. This is Country Club , a Texas based corporation which has implanted a ------ in one of the wealthiest counties in the country. In view of the numerous complatints to the regulatory board known as the lanlord tenant affairs commission, this entity still prevail. Now that´s incredible. Who would have ever thought, surely not me!!!!!
