If you plan to stay at one of the locations within this company.... I would really reconsider. When moving into Andrews Ridge, I was asked to put down a really big deposit along with my prorated rent. I did what was asked. Fast forward two years later, I was told that I had to give a 60 day notice of my intent to move out and I would receive my refund back. I did that. I gave the keys back at the end of my notice and they stated to me that I would get my refund back in up to 45 days. I have yet to receive my refund back and it has been 2 months. When calling the rental office and corporate I get no response. This company lacks communication and professionalism. They are out to get people's money and I will never move in one of there locations ever again!!! I am definitely getting a lawyer!
