1) Rude staff
2) Slow unorganized maintenance
3) PESTS, PESTS, PESTS. Doesnt matter how clean you are, they don't regularly treat apartments here
4) Did I mention how rude the staff is?
5) Good news is, I haven't experienced any safety concerns outside of neighbors stealing packages. Don't worry though, we were told verbally and in writing that we have cameras on the property...Actually, if you ask about the cameras they'll deny it...
6) Half of the time fire alarm systems don't work, the gate isn't working and there aren't any fie extinguishers on the property. Hmm, sounds safe. They'll probably tell you PG/Security onsite. False. You'd be lucky to see one once every few months.
7) 24/7 Towing- even tenants. They'll find a reason to tow you too. BTW WE HAVE A GATE. Not sure why all- day towing is necessary.
8) Don't expect them to make your experience pleasant while staying here. Don't expect much help period. It's really on you and minimizing communication or interaction with staff as much as possible.
What looks good is done for show. They don't want the families that have lived in this area for years to continue renting here. Think about it, there's federal and military buildings all around here. The reason for the fast decline of Station Sq/Verona was to get the 'unfavorable' or low-income families out. It's sad that some of our own is helping Grey Star and other powers that be. It's unfortunate that the 'favorable' tenants have to suffer or move. If you can do it, avoid this management company and Station Sq. If you can't avoid it, grind>stack up> MOVE.
