its nice until they switched mgmt.
its nice until they switched mgmt. moved in feb. 2007, it was silverhill gardens now its station square when it was silverhill maintenance would come quickly, they would have people come every morning to clean the buildings. all utilities included, you could even go 2 or 3 weeks without paying rent before having letters slid under your door now that its station square maintenance takes their sweet damn time if they ever come at all (got hole in bathroom over the bathtub for whole summer and counting, told not to take showers until they order tile) nobody even cleans the buildings anymore rent due on 1st with 6 day grace, now they slide letters under door on the 2nd walls superthin i can hear everything anybody does, i can have a fully functional normal conversation through bathroom wall with next door neighbor without having to yell overall it WAS a nice place to stay but new management is driving everybody out, i would renew my lease but i got word that if i do i would have to start paying my own utilities and rent would be raised i have not seen any roaches or rats, just an occasional ant nor have i seen any in anybody else's apartment the apartment is nice except for the superthin wall in the bathroom and somewhat throughout the apartmentShare This Review
