When I first came to Brinkley I was super excited ! About one month in I already started having issues My washer is broken it's the size of five articles of clothing, to add to it nine times out of ten it doesn't spin. My dryer heats my whole house like a sauna because it's outdated and doesn't dry my items so I have to run it several times for one small load. I called maintenance she showed up looked at it and said it was fixed It's been three months here and still nothing. ALSO if you have an ESA do not move here. Even if you have the paper work that allows you to move in! Just don't . They will blame the wind blowing the wrong way on you and ur support animal, I have three complaints about my dog That wasn't even my dog. They have about five residents with ESA and they find the easier one for them to blame and start leaving emails voicemails and notes on your door about ur ESA I just want to say if someone steps in dog ---- that doesn't mean out of the five ESA animals in my building and (hidden pets) that it was me who left dog ----. But I've been accused twice now. Security cameras ? They are a LIE. They don't even work they are there for looks. And the management complains about everything Also I'm gonna say this If you are fair skinned or Latina Do not live here The management is racially biased and I believe that's why I've been blamed or complained a lot on. I'm the only person here that seems to share the same skin tone as me, and it definitely shows Your neighbors will smoke weed and hot box every apartment in the buildings Management doesn't do ----. Things snap off and break and you can tell that management doesn't do ---- prior to move ins . This place has been hell and I already can not wait for our lease to be up.
