This property is so bad it was good when I first moved in but as time went on it started to go down hill … first it was the nets in the summer time even with doors cleared they got in. Then the mice started coming rental office sent out notice that they was sending pest control NOBODY ever came they decided to send these letter once they started giving out eviction. BAD MOLD IN BATHROOM…. Roaches everywhere THEY HAVE YET TO DO ANYTHING BUT FORCE ME OUT… I shouldn’t have to pay for something when iverson tower manager DO NOT CARE our elevators are always broke we have car theif no cameras on a private property washer machines do not clean clothes… they take all our money to fix up the out side but the inside is some crap DO NOT RENT DO NOT RENT

    Anton House- move in process was excellent first time renter- excellent program- apartment fresh clean. Maintenance responsive-hallways-laundry room cleaned daily. Only complaint tenants loiter. Why throw trash/spit where you live. It’s sad.

      I currently living here and it’s the worst of the worst I live on the highest floor and have mices nets and roaches. The washing machine will mess up your clothes plus take your money the elevator breaks almost every week. Maintenance only help who they want to help the leasing office only care for you if they like you. Damage cars ALRET !!!! You May Get A Great Price For These Apartments And That’s because they are run down . We have a front door that locks and need a key or code to get in and still we have people coming in stealing or mail or trashing the building. THE LEASING OFFICE DO NOT CARE TO HELP UNLESS YOU ARE SUING THEM !!! I fell on ice because maintenance never put salt down unless u complain all they do is smoke in the hallways and I have yet seen them update anything in this apartment. They have trees that falls and breaks and crack people car windows ITS THE WORST LIVING ENVIRONMENT EVERR !!! I do not recommend .

        I've been living in the Anton house since 2018 it was all right when I first moved in now is terrible neighbors upstairs have no courtesy for me living under them all you hear is a lotta stopping jumping and something falling Play there TV all night long loud like it's nobody living under them I see two or three mice one in my bedroom one in the kitchen and I think the apartment is infested with bed bugs I called them Monday telling them about the bed bug situation thinking they were going to send out exterminated the same day they tell me that their s exterminator is not coming until Thursday so I have to wait a whole 4 days just to get my apartment inspected not treated then come back to start treatment which treatment could have been started Monday I am so agitated and aggravated with this apartment complex right now I know I'm not the only one complaining about bed bugs I'm quite sure it's all up in that apartment building and on top of that the ceiling over top of my shower head keeps falling down or getting wet if you have bed bugs… See More>

          Do NOT live here. Between the mice, trash, dogs (this place has a no dog rule that isn't enforced) unsafe surrounding, rude receptionist, and faulty laundry facilities was enough for me to vacate my apartment before my lease was even up.

            There are some pro's and con's Con's: My brand new car has been hit FIVE TIMES in the parking lot... I don't even have hard plates yet and my car has scratches and dings and one occasion I had to file a claim with my insurance It's a ------ atmosphere, idiots throw trash in the elevators If you arrive after 9pm forget about it, your parking on the street and walking up the hill Maintenance comes through A LOT, for unknown reasons, they will pick any excuse possible to enter your apartment Neighborhood really sketchy, police are called to the building a lot, overall I don't feel safe leaving my building late at night Lot's of children running up and down the halls I can hear my neighbor urinating, babies crying, the walls are paper thin Every time my neighbor flushes the stool it sounds like Niagara Falls Pro's: NO MICE in my apartment so far, although a roach here and there before I bombed several times, now they're all gone. Lobby and hallways stay pretty clean I can honestly say I've lived here for a year and have only called maintenance once for a clogged sink, he fixed it very well and haven't had to call them… See More>

              I wouldn't recommend Iverson Towers to my worse enemy. I just moved in a few months ago and I'm ready to go already. If you're late paying rent, even after you've paid late fees and court cost, they still threaten to evict you and take you to court. If you have a problem in your apartment that requires maintenance to repair, you'll have to remind them about it several times before it gets fixed. Maintenance comes into your apartment whenever they feel like it, rearranges items in your house and won't put them back like they were found. The washers and dryers are often broken. The only good thing about this place is the location. Close to schools, stores and beltway/highway. Moral of the ;t move here unless this your only option aside from being homeless!!

                NO NO NO!!! I wouldn't recommend this apartments to anyone, if you value your life and your loved ones lives. I and my wife were robbed at GUN POINT in the elevator (at 8.30 pm) by two -----------------. Later I was surprised to know that there are no security cameras anywhere on the property. Another robbing happened one month ago in the parking lot. The management is very very lazy, Even if many requests went to them to install cameras previously, they always ignored. Apartment manager -------------- told us that she would let us speak to the upper management about the robbery but when asked about it later, she was rude and said she never told me so!! Don't rely on the police also here. They don't care, They just came and collected info after the incident and left. We called the police and left the messages with them several times, They never called back. I guess police is used to the crime in this locality and they don't care anymore even if some one is dead. So, please, please, if you care about your life and your loved ones' lives please get out of this apartment

                  Not a good choice. If you must move here, please don't let them put you in building 4311. It's like this is where they put the hot mess or young tenants. The staff does not care about this building because a lot of its tenants don't. People having parties hanging out their balconies any given night, trash everywhere and they are always breaking the building door. Maintenance is joke, the only way to get results is to call the property manager. Does she read these reviews sheesh! The water bill, smh. I have a two bedroom and am rarely in it but my bills has been around 90 bucks all the time, they say the water bill is divided amount the tenants, that's too high for one bathroom. There has to be a leak somewhere and they are to lazy to find it. My lease is up this year and I am out! Stay away stay far away.

                    The worst place I've ever lived! Do not come here! I've been here for a year, and I'm not renewing the lease! Noisy neighbors. Thin floors, doors and walls. You will not be at peace here. It's a glorified ------! Elevators are always broken. Laundry washers and dryers are always broken. Mice in the walls, yeah you did hear me say that! Management not that great. I could go on! Look elsewhere. I came here because it was cheaper, and "seemed" to be a quiet community, but it's not. Thank God I'm moving out of this hell hole in 2 weeks!

                      I love my apartment and community. Only utility you pay is water which is and you control your heat and A/C. I have had no problems since moving here. Management is very professional. Neighbors are friendly. There is always parking available. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet because it is surrounded by houses. There is a shopping center within walking distance. I will definitely renew my lease

                        I moved into the Iverson Towers mid-October and have been living there for 8 months. Based on my short time living at Iverson Towers I would recommend to anyone looking for a reasonably priced apartment. Gas and electricity are included with the rent, however you are paying for water/sewage. Currently I average around $50 a month for a single a person. I have had a pleasant experienced with most of Iverson s staff and have found them to be helpful and courteous. Any maintenance issues (clogged drains, broken locks) are dealt within 24-48 hours. The only major delays are due to staff having to special order parts to fix the problem. Management has spent large amount of resources to improve the quality of the apartments. All windows in my building were replaced , heating/ac units were inspected and clean, the tile flooring found in the hallway was replaced. They also replaced the flooring found in the elevator. There a bus stops within a few blocks which take you to major metro stops. The one inconvenience with public transportation is that it reduces service during non-peak hours.                           Recently, my daughter and I submitted an application at Iverson Towers. It was a very dissatisfying experience. We were extremely displeased with the way business was conducted by the lady at the front desk. There were so many inconsistencies. We were misinformed numerous times. When my daughter initially contacted her, she was never told what the income requirement was. When I went to the office to submit her paperwork, that's when I was told that she didn't meet the income requirement. Then, I was informed that my daughter could still qualify if I applied as well as her guarantor -- seeming somewhat reluctant to inform me of this, which I thought was strange. I proceeded to submit my paperwork (application, etc.). Then, was later told while there that my daughter still had to meet at least 80% of the income requirement, even with my income meeting the income requirement alone. Then, my daughter was later told that I had to also meet an additional income requirement as the guarantor, which made the situation even more misleading and confusing.                             I have no problems with the office. The rents are very reasonable. Heat/cooling and gas is included. Water is billed on a person per apartment basis. The water bill was getting very high, up to almost $90/mth over time. A lot of tenants complained and they checked all apartments and common areas for leaks, drips, running toilets, etc. Since then the water bill has gone way down and averages $25-30/month for one person. Maintenance calls are taken care of quickly. The elevators do break down intermittently but they do fix and maintain them. I have seen roaches and called to be put on the list for the exterminator. They have the exterminator come out once a week. My apartment was treated promptly and the problem subsided. I have never seen mice. The buildings are cleaned regularly. If there is a problem it's usually caused by the tenants...urinating or spilling drinks in the elevator, dropping trash on the floors, spilling in the laundry room, repeated breaking of the entrance doors.                               I live in building 4311 and I havent seen a mouse since i've been here. I did manage to see a roach or 2 in July 2010 after I had my daughter but it was due to my trifolin neighbors. Once the exterminator came i havent seen anything since. The elevators can be a pain from time to time but the rental office is fairly reasonable people need to keep in mind that this is an apartment not to mention a HIGH RISE! Not your personal home with a front lawn so NO everything is not gonna go the way u think it should. There has been some violence in the area but AGAIN it's 23rd PKWY! So I havent made any immediate plans to move my kids are happy I have a 2 br 2 bathroom and we have more than enough room. Roach and Mice Free! The noise is OKAY it depends on what floor youre on some floors have more children on them than others. Im an end unit so I dont hear all that much unless its coming from next door.

                                  hello this was a nice place @ first until i seen mice in my apartments they are everywere ..... the exterminator is not pefessional and dont no how to set up mouse traps yea i said poor class low budget....and the property manager no good no customer sevice lying --- need to sit down thats why im good to turn there --- in so they can knock these old --- buildings down yea i said and they also have mice in walls and in vents .... the tenats nees to have a petetion to knock this ------- building down and im breaking my lease so what it is what it is please..please please ... dont move into this mice infestation --- apartments.....

                                    Watch Out for the bull crap

                                    Ever tenant does not pay water in the buildings just some of them. They don't disclose this information to you until you start talking to other tenants in the building and then you inquire. They overcharge you sometimes your water bills can range from $50-$200 monthly. This is more than a house water bill and they come every three months and when you ask about it you get the run around contact the water company then someone says contact the landlord. However, you are still stuck with paying high water bills monthly or the management office threatens to take it from your rent. The elevator doesn't work majority of the time. The management office asks as if you bothering them when you have an issue. The people in the office are disrespectful and rude like you owe them something. The fake security that comes around at 10:30 is a joke no wonder so many cars are broken into. They are to cheap to put up cameras.

                                      I've lived in this apartment building twice & they are not bad. Only major problem I've had was a leak in my ceiling, which they fixed. the area is not as bad as I thought it would be considering I grew up in the area. Overall, it's not a bad place to live.

                                          Very dissapionted,my mother lives there, the management has changed hands so may time, the building looks stable on the outside, (but lets go inside) water damage all through the buildings, 11 floors of tenents and the trash compactor get stopped up,, mice everywhere, the management team have communication skills what so ever. The property manger dosent care about the long term tenants there, your just a number.... the maintence pick and chooses who maintanice tickets they will service first. illeagle surviellence going on (and the tenants did'nt know about it, until now. breaking in cars, when a robbery (inside the building ) happens they try to keep it hush/hush...they don't communicate with the tenants. Last christmas they didnot decorate the lobby's but they kept all the pointsetters in that small office.(I just asumed that that was out of the corporate account) instead they gave those to the people in the office (oh but they did cut out a christmas tree made of construction paper and taped it the the glass.(this is what they thik of their tenants) Everyone has there choices, just be prepared to go through a whole lot....this is real (just check in with the police department...pulbic… See More>

                                            Its not a safe neighborhood

                                            I've lived here for an year and half now and I HATE it! When I first moved in it was pretty nice and quiet but it all changed about 6months after. My boyfriend car got borken into 4times and the car was stolen as well from the parking lot. Many people have been robbed at night right in front of the parking lot. I got robbed at gunpoint just a block away from the apartment right in the early morning. Tentants have notified the office but they DON'T DO NOTHING!!!! They only have security at night for like a day or two going around for like 15mins and leave. The security doesn't do there job and neither the office. The office always write a letter to inform about the break ins but they DON'T DO NOTHING!! DON'T MOVE HERE!!!! THERE ARE WAY TO MANY BREAK-INS AND ITS NOT SAFE!!! WE'RE MOVING SOON!!! AND I'M SO HAPPY!!!

                                              It has been three years now

                                              This apartment complex is just ok for someone who is starting out on their own. However as a single woman , it is not a safe place to live- security is not consistant enough. 1. There are multiple robberies in the parking lots. the most recent involved an elderly woman being jumped by three young men, her teeth were knocked out. 2. People loiter and smoke marijuana in the stairwell case, as well as pee there. The smell of the weed goes into the neighbors apartments from the hallways and balconies. You will feel as though you lit up in your own house the scent is so strong. When I went to tell the main office and asked if they could at least put a sign up to acknoweledge they have been getting reports..they told me they need permission from corporate to do that, yet i get a letter for everything else ! i called corporate and am looking forward to hearing from them .

                                                Dont waste your money, time or your safety.

                                                Go ahead and invest your money, time, and energy into something better. This apartment complex was pretty okay when I first moved in. Like any other place you had your loud tenants but thats to be expected. Whats not be expected is that they dont tell you the following things: 1. You CANNOT control your air fully, If its November and its 75 degrees your out of luck. You cannot cut on your AC. Management cuts the AC/heat on and off at specific times of the year regardless of the temperature. 2. The assistant manager is just plain RUDE!!! She will talk over you in a heartbeat and tell you how things will go. They always talk about customer service but they do absolutely nothing for their customers past their requirements. 3. More than 60% of the time the elevator is not working. Along with the appliances in the actual apartments it needs to be updated. They also only have one elevator in the entire building so if you have to move stuff your in trouble if its something big or heavy. The elevator also stinks and cheap deoderizers they use dont help.                                                   I am going to be honest I have been here maybe 2 weeks. When I first moved in maintenance did not clean up the dead roaches. The A/C in the master bedroom does not work and they don't answer questions. The first day a stolen car blocked my truck in I had to call maintenance and have them move the vehicle. The managers are rude and I don't understand why. I wish I would have went somewhere else now I am stuck here until next year.
