Management company is unconcerned with residents well being. The only thing they move fast on is making sure your rent is paid. Leaks are causing mold and mildew and nothing has been done for months. Grounds are poorly kept and they lack a full maintenance crew.… See More

My experience i have had in the beginning was terrible roaches and mice. But everything is OK a little minor things that I fixed on my on the building is quite except on the weekends the neighbors always fussing and sometimes fighting need Sucurity

Problems with refrigerator, maintenance staff have not always finished jobs they start or clean up after themselves. main building door has broken lock. Good deals on rent, lots of parking, heavy police presence in the area, close to mall.
