Upon first glance looks to be your typical luxury apartment with all the major amenities one would desire, after moving in however, you will find that those amenities are restricted. So If you feel like enjoying a morning coffee and perusing the internet outside in the courtyard, if you feel like relaxing in the lounge maybe play some pool or watch the morning news, you cannot, the exception is the gym, it is open. However you need to enter from the back door as all community doors are locked in the mornings. To add to this the pool is closed on Mondays and every morning, only opening @ 12pm, so my conclusion if you want restricted amenities (which they do not disclose when you are touring the property, and I didn't think to ask as it seems like a no brainer to have these facilities open) then this is the place for you! Regretfully I wouldn't recommend this place, which is a shame as it could have been a great place to live, as there are other apartments which function perfectly fine having their amenities open, and not on restricted access. Also I was told that the floors are well insulated and that people are required to lay rugs down, which I did, but unfortunately our above neighbors did not get the memo, as ever morning and night without fail I hear their family dragging their dinning chairs across the wood floors.
